We stopped here for a light breakfast before catching our flight home, and it was a great choice. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I shared an omelette and tater tots, which were perfect for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for breakfast.

I recently had a wonderful lunch at SILKS Saratoga Bistro and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Saratoga Chopped Salad, and it was truly incredible. The portion size was generous and very filling, packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I also added salmon to my salad, and it was cooked to absolute perfection – flaky, moist, and seasoned beautifully. Beyond the excellent food, the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making the entire dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend SILKS Saratoga Bistro and will definitely be returning, especially for that amazing Saratoga Chopped Salad!
